Cold email, on your own infrastructure
Sequences that write from your mailboxes, and know when to stop.
SendRocketly sends multi-step campaigns from your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes. It rotates leads across them, keeps each one under its limits, threads the follow-ups and stops a lead as soon as they reply, bounce or unsubscribe.

How it works
From a list of names to a running sequence.
- 1
Connect your mailboxes
Add Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox. SendRocketly checks the SMTP login and IMAP access before anything is sent. Passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- 2
Import your leads
Upload a CSV or send leads through the API. Extra columns become custom fields you can use as {{variables}}. Duplicates merge by email, and suppressed addresses are skipped at enrollment.
- 3
Write the sequence
A first email and follow-ups, each a number of days after the last. Follow-ups reply in the same thread. Fallbacks like {{company | your team}} cover missing fields.
- 4
Launch inside a send window
Pick the days, hours and timezone. SendRocketly spreads sends across your mailboxes within each one's limits, and stops a lead the moment they reply, bounce or unsubscribe.
Features
The outreach engine, without the guesswork.
Everything below is built in. No add-ons, no extra tools to wire together.
Sending
- Inbox rotation
- New leads go to the mailbox with the fewest sends today. A lead keeps that mailbox for every follow-up, so the conversation stays with one sender.
- Per-mailbox limits
- Each mailbox has a daily cap and a minimum gap between sends, and a campaign can have its own daily cap on top. Limits are enforced atomically, even with several workers.
- Warmup
- Ramp-up raises a new mailbox's daily limit step by step. The warmup network exchanges emails between opted-in mailboxes, rescues them from spam and reports inbox placement.
- Send windows
- Days, hours and a timezone per campaign. Windows can cross midnight. Single emails can be scheduled for a later time.
Replies
- Reply and bounce detection
- SendRocketly reads each mailbox over IMAP, matches messages to what it sent, and tells replies, out-of-office notes and bounces apart.
- Stop on reply
- A reply ends that lead's sequence. Auto-replies don't. A permanent bounce suppresses the address in every campaign.
- Unified inbox
- Replies, auto-replies and bounces from all your mailboxes in one list, filterable and linked to the campaign and lead.
Measurement
- Open and click tracking
- Opens on by default, clicks off by default (rewritten links can hurt cold email). Per campaign, for SMTP and SES alike.
- Campaign analytics
- Sent, delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and complained per campaign, plus daily volume and each mailbox's usage today.
Team and integrations
- Workspaces and teammates
- Invite people as owner, admin or member. Members run campaigns; owners and admins manage mailboxes, domains and keys.
- API with keys
- Create leads, import lists and send or schedule single emails from your own apps with workspace-scoped API keys.
- Amazon SES domains
- Verify a domain (Easy DKIM, custom MAIL FROM) and send opted-in or transactional email through SES, with delivery, bounce and complaint events.
Deliverability and compliance
Guardrails on by default, not on a settings page.
Sending cold email well means sending less, more carefully, and listening when people say no. SendRocketly does the careful part for you.
Your mailboxes, your reputation
Cold outreach goes out from the mailboxes you connect, at the pace you set. Nothing is sent from a shared SendRocketly pool.
Unsubscribe in every campaign email
Each one carries a personal unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe and one-click (RFC 8058) headers. The link opens a confirmation page, so link scanners can't unsubscribe people.
Automatic suppression
Unsubscribes, permanent bounces and spam complaints go on the workspace's suppression list and stop the lead in every campaign. Suppressed addresses are never emailed again.
Amazon SES is for opted-in email
SES's acceptable use policy doesn't allow unsolicited bulk email. Use SES domains for transactional mail and newsletters, and your Google or Microsoft mailboxes for cold outreach.
Pricing
Pick the volume you send.
Plans differ in how much you send and a few advanced features. The engine is the same on all of them.

FAQ
Questions people ask first.
Which mailboxes can I send from?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any mailbox with SMTP access. Add IMAP access too so SendRocketly can detect replies and bounces. You can also send from a domain verified in Amazon SES, for opted-in email.
How does SendRocketly protect my sender reputation?
Every mailbox has a daily cap and a minimum gap between sends. New mailboxes can ramp up gradually, and can join the warmup network. Replies, bounces and unsubscribes stop the lead, and bounced or complaining addresses are suppressed automatically.
Do follow-ups land in the same thread?
Yes. A follow-up step without its own subject is sent as a reply ("Re:" plus the first subject, with In-Reply-To and References headers) from the same mailbox that sent the first email.
What happens when someone replies?
SendRocketly reads the mailbox over IMAP, matches the reply to the email it answers, and stops that lead's sequence (if the campaign has stop on reply, the default). The reply shows up in the unified inbox. Out-of-office replies don't stop the sequence.
Can I use SendRocketly from my own app?
Yes. Create an API key per workspace to add and import leads, and to send or schedule single emails. Keys are shown once and can be revoked at any time.
Can I use Amazon SES for cold email?
No. SES's acceptable use policy doesn't allow unsolicited bulk email. SendRocketly supports SES domains for opted-in mail; send cold outreach from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Can my team work in the same account?
Yes. A workspace holds the mailboxes, leads and campaigns. Invite teammates as owners, admins or members; you can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
Connect a mailbox and send your first sequence today.
Create a workspace, add a mailbox, import a CSV and launch. You can invite your team afterwards.
